Financial Aid Office Operation Hours:
Office Counter: Monday - Friday 9:00 - 4:00

Holiday Closures: The Financial Aid office will be closed on all holidays listed on the Green and Gold Calendar
Appointments: Weekdays 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
We recommend to FIRST call our office as your concerns can likely be addressed without the need for an appointment.
These appointments are for Cal Poly Humboldt Students only. If you are a parent scheduling an appointment, we cannot assist you without Consent to Release on file from your student. If you miss your appointment you will need to schedule a new appointment based on appointment availability - 24-hour prior notice is required. Appointments are available in person or by phone call.

Financial Aid Virtual & After Hours Assistance
We're here to help with your financial aid questions! Get virtual assistance from our friendly Financial Aid team without an appointment. Please note that our availability is limited to scheduled times below.
Zoom sessions are available for students with questions about financial aid. Parents will not be able to access student information without authorization from the student. By participating in remote learning, you agree that you may not save, record, share or post information from sessions or any photos from this session without prior permission.
